At LOLAY Naturals, we take pride in offering high-quality personal care and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased through our website.

This policy is in place because many of our items are personal care and hygiene products, and for safety and quality reasons, these items cannot be resold once shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Damages and issues

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product received)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lolaynaturals@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • 360 view parcel opening video compulsory
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review the issue, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or store credit, where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
